Helios Radar is used only by its owner. The tool has read access to the owner's Gmail mailbox but only processes messages carrying the label "Avicena/Examine". The text of those messages is sent to a language model (Google Gemini) to produce summaries, which are saved in a private Google spreadsheet. No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising. Data stays in the spreadsheet until the owner deletes it. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page.
